This instruction applies to the NanoDrop 1000 and the screen-shots are from the ND-1000 software ver. 3.8.1.
Measure your sample(s).
Click on ‘Show Report’.
‘NanoDrop 1000 Data Viewer’ screen comes up.
From the menu click on ‘Reports’ choose ‘Save Report’.
Save Report As… screen comes up
Click on ‘Full Report’ button and save the data (*.ndv)
(You may create a folder with your name under C:/nano drop/Reports)
Go to the saved location and opposite click with the mouse to the just saved file (*.ndv), from the pop-up screen choose ‘open with Microsoft Excel’.
Save the file as Excel file before you make any modifications as this might disturb the integrity of the *.ndv file.
