Anne stayed with the group of Professor Matthias Futschik at the University of Plymouth in the UK during the last three weeks in order to learn RNAseq analysis with bioinformatic tools such as R. We hope to get better insight into iron acquisition of Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 with the research methods Anne learned.
