Anne participated in the PhD Grand Prix of the Faculty of Natural Science and she was awarded the second prize for her presentation on nanowire-mediated iron uptake. During this competition, PhD candidates had to present their research to a braod audience within 5 minutes. They were judged by a jury and by the audience.
