This year, we decided to visit the beautiful city of Røros. We started with some sightseeing in the city centre, had a Norwegian lunch and then we visited the copper mine Olavsgruva to learn more about the mining history of Røros. We concluded the lab trip with a nice dinner at Skanckebua where we discussed future lab trips.

Anne participated in the PhD Grand Prix of the Faculty of Natural Science and she was awarded the second prize for her presentation on nanowire-mediated iron uptake.
